By entering the perch'n $50 Amazon Card Give-a-Way (the "Sweepstakes"), you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

"perch'n" means perch'n, perchn.com and Perchin LLC or any of its affiliates.

Eligibility Period. The Eligibility Period is from August 25, 2017 12:01 a.m. through October 4, 2017 at 12:00 midnight (the "Eligibility Period").

Eligibility. Open to individuals 18 years of age or older prior to the the Eligibility Period of the Sweepstakes who (1) have a renter account on perchn.com and (2) have clicked the Like button on the perch'n Facebook page from a Facebook account that matches the perch'n renter account name during the Eligibility Period. Employees of perch'n and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Prizes and Winners Selection Method. perch'n will award a $50 Amazon Card (the "prize") to four individuals who qualify for eligibility as detailed in the paragraph above during the Eligibility Period. perch'n will specify the prize and value, and when the Sweepstakes ends (which may be sooner than the end dates and times provided depending on the available supply of prizes). Entrants who qualify for eligibility will be selected randomly to be the potential winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified individuals.

You must be eligible to win in receive the prize. Limit one prize per person. Prize will be fulfilled by perch'n and presented to the winner in person. The winner will be responsible for paying income taxes and any other expenses incurred as a result of receipt of the prize. Winner must provide to perch'n his/her state issued photo ID and social security number in order to claim and collect the prize.

The prize will be awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose). If you win the prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. perch'n may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

How to Enter. Sign up on perchn.com for a renter account if you do not have one and also from a Facebook account with the same name as the perch'n renter account, click the Like button on the perch'n Facebook page. If you are selected as a winner, perch'n will contact via perch'n Mail and the email address and/or mobile phone number you entered for your perch'n renter account.

Additional Terms. perch'n reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time. perch'n and its affiliates are not responsible for any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of information. perch'n may disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the Sweepstakes; (y) violating these Terms & Conditions; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed or similar actions will be disqualified. The authorized subscriber of the perch'n and Facebook accounts used to enter the Sweepstake at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Terms & Conditions in the event of a dispute as to eligibility for the Sweepstake.

No greater than the number of prizes stated on this Sweepstakes Landing Page will be awarded. If any errors occur in the selection of a potential winner, or if more prizes are claimed than specified, perch'n may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants. The prizes made available for the Sweepstakes may not be awarded in the event perch'n does not receive a sufficient number of qualified and eligible individuals for the Sweepstakes.

Miscellaneous. Each Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree (for yourself and your heirs) that perch'n, and each of their respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of the Sweepstakes (all aforementioned parties are collectively, the "Released Parties") will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.

You agree that decisions by perch'n related to the Sweepstakes and the distribution of the prize is final. The winner agrees that by participating in the Sweepstakes, perch'n and their respective affiliates may use the winner's name and likeness in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law, and perch'n, and their respective affiliates may be required to disclose the winner's address to state regulatory authorities.
